Yes, the program can be done fully online. If you're based nearby, I do recommend attending an in-person screening and occasional follow-up sessions, as this can add value to the process. Otherwise, all coaching and communication takes place online via WhatsApp and video calls.

No! You do not need to exercise as part of this program. Although exercise plays a very important part in a person's health and daily habits, it is not the main role-player in weight loss. Depending on your personal circumstances and goals, basic movements and some exercise might be added to your program.
