For years, I have been fascinated by health and the relationship between the food we eat and the way it affects our bodies. This has led me to spend countless hours researching how to eat well, improve health, and lose weight in a way that is both effective and sustainable. I became especially interested in the role insulin plays in the body and how it can prevent weight loss. The LCHF (Low Carb, High Fat) way of eating — I prefer not to call it a diet — combined with proper meal timing, is one of the most effective strategies I have come across. Through this powerful approach, I truly believe that anyone can achieve a healthier body and a healthier weight.
After years of struggling with my own relationship with food and certain health issues, I am thankful to have overcome many of those obstacles. The freedom that comes with this is something I want everyone to experience. I believe that God designed our bodies to function optimally and to heal itself when we steward and nourish it well. Many chronic health and weight struggles are not inevitable — people have simply been misled or left uninformed. That is what I want to change for those who feel like they have failed over and over again, and who long for a better, healthier body and, ultimately, a better, healthier life.
